Pre-clearing Customs & Excise documentation:
We have our own clearing agencies at both border posts, Nakop and Vioolsdrift, to ensure your documentation is cleared correctly.

Proof of delivery:
Quality Airfreight and Road Specialists understand the importance of all documentation and will take every caution to prevent any of your documents and P.O.D's from not being returned to you.  We however need clear instructions in this regard, as many clients required signed invoices and separate GRVs in addition to the CCA1s.

Whit regards returning your documents to Johannesburg, we will only charge you the fee for documentation returned by individual clients through a third party to Windhoek, but we will forward it form Windhoek to Johannesburg / Cape Town at no cost.

Exporters Code:
All South African Suppliers exporting goods to Namibia or any other country more that once a year must have an exporter's code.  Should the S.A Company does not have an exporter's code, enquiries must be made at their nearest SARS office.

Departure Times:

JNB - WDH: We depart from our Johannesburg Depot at 18h30 Monday to Thursday and 18h00, on Fridays, deadline for accepting freight is 17:45, Monday to Thursday, and 17h15 on Fridays, South African Time

WDH - JNB: We depart form Windhoek branch form the latest 17:00, deadline for accepting freight is 16:30, Mondays to Thursdays, then we departure on Sunday, for early arrival in Johannesburg on Monday mornings.

Insurance:
Insurance is not automatically provided; please make provision for adequate insurance on goods in transit.  Should you require insurance form Q.A.S prior arrangements can be made the required premium is payable.  Kindly notify us before 16:00 to make the necessary arrangements.
